How the Classes Run

Online Format
Sessions take place on Zoom or Google Meet, so your child joins from home.

Each batch is limited to six students, so the teacher can adapt the pace and give you recommendations for supporting your child at home.

We open a limited number of batches each month to keep teaching standards high. The next one starts October 19.

A Guardian Nearby
For children aged 4 to 6, a guardian should stay close to help with muting, unmuting and video, and to keep the class quiet and focused.

My child has a short attention span. Will they stay focused for 45 to 60 minutes online?
We designed these sessions to keep young minds active. Each lesson moves between games, interactive storytelling and character discovery, and most parents are pleasantly surprised by how absorbed their children become.
Does my child need to know any Mandarin before joining?
No. This course is a first step for absolute beginners.
What happens if we miss a session?
Please tell our team at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to provide materials, such as a recording of the class, or guidance so your child stays on track with their group.
How involved do I need to be during class?
For younger learners (ages 4 to 7), we recommend having a guardian nearby to help with the platform and offer encouragement. For older students, simply ask them to show you what they learned after class. It reinforces new vocabulary and builds confidence.
How do I know which age group is right for my child?
Our team handles the grouping. When you message us on Messenger or WhatsApp, we note your child’s age and current level and place them in the right group.
