We understand that choosing the right class and teacher matters, especially for young learners. That’s why we’ve designed a trial process that’s quick, personalized, and parent-friendly.
Here’s how to book a Chinese trial class with Little Owls Learning Center.
Step 1: Contact Us
The first step is to contact us via our main channels for communication: Messenger or WhatsApp. Send us a message there and our friendly customer service team is available Monday to Saturday to assist you with inquiries, schedule checks, and class recommendations.
Step 2: Share a Few Details
Our team will ask a few important questions to better understand your child’s learning profile and find a schedule that works best for your family. We’ll ask for:
- Your child’s name and age to determine the most appropriate class level
- Any prior experience with Mandarin (if any), so we can place your child with the right group or one-on-one setup
- Your preferred schedule, including days and time ranges in Philippine Standard Time, so we can find an open slot with one of our available teachers
The more information you can provide, the better we can customize the experience — whether your child is a complete beginner or already knows a few Mandarin words.
This process helps us recommend the best possible class fit, both in terms of teaching style and student pace.
Step 3: Confirm Your Schedule
Once we find an available slot that matches your preferred time, we’ll confirm it with you and give you all the information you need to prepare. If you’re flexible with your preferred time range — for example, anytime between 3 PM and 8 PM (Philippine time) — we can almost always offer a slot immediately or within a day or two.
If you’re based overseas, that’s no problem at all. We serve families from different time zones and will do our best to find a class that aligns with your availability. Just let us know your ideal schedule, and we’ll explore the available options with you. Keep in mind that while we do offer classes throughout the day, availability will depend on open slots and teacher schedules.
Step 4: Complete the Registration Form
Our team will send you the link to our registration form, or you may access it directly using this link: Register for Mandarin Trial Class. The form is short and easy to complete — it helps us collect all the key information needed to finalize your child’s trial class.
Once you’ve submitted the form, please send us a quick message via Messenger or WhatsApp to confirm. This helps us track your registration and prepare the class details on our end.

Step 5: Settle the Class Fee
After your slot is confirmed and the form is submitted, we’ll send you the payment details. Once payment is completed, your trial class is officially booked!

Our team will send you the payment instructions based on your preferred method. Once payment is completed, your trial class is officially booked!
What Happens Next?
You’ll receive your class meeting link via email — sent to the same email address you used in the registration form.
You’ll also receive:
- A class reminder and details on what to prepare
- A guide for joining the class (especially helpful for younger learners)
- Any relevant resources before the session
Our system will automatically send reminders:
- One day before the class, and
- One hour before the class
On the day of the session, our team keeps an eye on attendance. If your child hasn’t joined by the scheduled start time, we’ll reach out via Messenger or WhatsApp to check in. However, if your child still doesn’t attend and no prior notice was given, this will be considered a no-show. In that case, you’ll need to sign up again for another trial and complete the payment process once more.
