Program Blueprint: The 16-Session Jumpstart
Our 16-session Chinese language course welcomes students from ages 4 to 15. And to ensure the best learning experience, we place students in age-specific groups where the curriculum is tailored to their social and cognitive stage. These 45 to 60-minute sessions provide an ideal pace for steady, focused progress.

Our sessions take place on Zoom or Google Meet for a convenient, interactive learning experience.

We limit each batch to six students so our teachers can truly focus on your child’s specific needs. This smaller setting allows the teacher to adapt the pace in real-time and provide you with personalized recommendations on how to support your child’s progress at home.

Parental Support
We require a guardian to stay nearby during sessions, especially for children aged 4 to 6. Your presence helps with navigating the platform—like muting, unmuting, or managing the video—and ensures the class remains quiet and focused. Your support helps us maintain a fair learning environment where every student has a chance to hear the teacher and participate fully.

Many parents use this initial course to gauge if Mandarin is the right fit for their child. However, the benefits of the language go far beyond simple fluency. We specifically designed our sessions to keep young minds active and engaged. Our “Strategic Play” methodology ensures the lesson constantly moves between games, interactive storytelling, and character discovery. Most parents are pleasantly surprised to see their children so absorbed in the “adventure” that they don’t even realize they are in a classroom.
Does my child need any prior knowledge of Mandarin before joining the Basic Program?
No prior experience is necessary! This course is the perfect first step for absolute beginners.
What happens if we miss a session due to travel or school activities?
Please notify our team at least 24 hours in advance if you need to miss a class. We will do our best to provide you with materials (e.g., a recording of the class) or guidance to ensure your child stays on track with their group for the following session.
How involved do I need to be as a parent during the online class?
For our younger learners (ages 4 to 7), we recommend having a guardian nearby to help navigate the platform and offer a little encouragement. For older students, your primary role is a “supportive partner” after class—simply asking them to show you what they learned that day helps reinforce their new vocabulary and builds their confidence.
How do I know which age group is right for my child?
Our team handles all the grouping for you. When you inquire via Messenger or WhatsApp, we take note of your child’s age and current level.
